Our Occupational Health Team
Our team will contain qualified physiotherapists, dieticians, personal trainers, occupational health specialists, life-style coaches and qualified counsellors with many years of experience. We will combine a variety of techniques and interventions as needed.
We will either have a GP registered to the centre or a GP centre on the campus.
Our team will priovide a wide spectrum of assistance, from referrals to basic positive approaches led by mindfulness, a positive mental attitude, and by building an individual’s core strength both physically and mentally.
The staff will be offered yearly Occupational Health assessments to make sure that they are fully equipped, physically and mentally, to get the most out of their roles and life and that their working environment enhances their wellbeing.
Usually, a medical is part of this assessment. If an individual is absent from work for any length of time, a strategy for assistance and return to work is planned together.
A physical assessment will be undergone to predict potential weakness and areas that may need to be improved to establish full strength and fitness.
Areas will also be identified to maintain their health whilst at work.
