Receptionist/Well-Being Assistant

Crewe £10.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

These roles provide cover 365 days per year so some shifts will fall on Bank Holiday Weekends and may include Christmas/New Year depending on the calendar year.

Hours/Days
Saturday – Hours 0700-1930
Sunday – Hours 0700-1930
The Saturday and Sunday can be covered by 1 person or split between 2 people on a job share basis.

Overview:

We are looking for Residential Assistants & Welfare Advisors to be based at Booth Hall which is an 800 room accommodation facility for Nurses, Doctors, medical professionals and medical students. The post holder will be the first point of contact welcoming and providing information and advice/guidance to residents, staff and visitors to the accommodation and directing them accordingly.

Monitoring and reporting any security incidents to help maintain a safe and pleasant environment. Assisting in the management of bookings and room allocations. Receiving and recording the delivery of post and parcels, ensuring that the postal procedures are are adhered to at all times. Controlling the security and issuing of keys / Access swipe cards for rooms. Providing general administrative support as required.

Part of your role will be to act as a Welfare Advisor reporting any welfare concerns and issues that have been raised or observed to the Health & Wellbeing Director.

Applicant essential requirements:
Experience of working in a customer focused environment, able to demonstrate an emphasis on providing a quality service and dealing with difficult situations over the phone and also face-to-face enquiries in a professional manner.
